To return any product, you must call to receive the correct return address of the manufacturers.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from perfumeguys.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, except in the case of manufacturers' defects or if there was a shipping error on the part of perfumeguys.com Subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return or Exchange Instructions.

The item must be returned (except Skincare and Haircare items) in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via company check.

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used except in the case of manufacturers' defects.

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or issue any refunds or credits for color cosmetics, skincare and hair care products. Please make your selections for these items carefully!

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

You must obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) from perfumeguys.com before returning merchandise. Any returned merchandise received back in our warehouse without a proper "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) is not eligible for a refund or credit and will be returned to the purchaser. To obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) e-mail us at support@perfumeguys.com . see our return procedure below.

All credits and/or refunds are subject to approval and acceptance by perfumeguys.com.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date for fragrances, candles, skincare, aromatherapy products and 10 days for watches, jewelry and accessories.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.

If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your original purchase, you will only be entitled to receive a refund or credit for the portion of your purchase that you were charged for. You will not receive a refund or credit for the coupon amount. You will, however, receive an additional coupon that can be applied toward future purchases.

Return procedure:

To return any product, you must call to receive the correct return address of the manufacturers.

Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. For fragrances, the original cellophane box wrapping MUST be intact or the return will be refused. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the pre-printed label.

The RMA number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return shipping label. Perfumeguys.com is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.

*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at info@perfumeguys.com.

Any package that has not been received by Perfumeguys.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Perfumeguys.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a re-shipping fee.
